Birthday Parties For Boys
So it is now time for your son’s
birthday party and you’re
stuck as to what to get him for
his birthday. It’s not exactly
rocket science but this can be
a difficult task. It’s always
a good idea to take on old and
traditional idea and put a bit
of a twist on it. Here are a few
ideas with that concept in mind.
The Next Superhero
Forget those old boring superheroes
that have become overrated and
overused. If superheroes are your
son’s thing then have his
birthday party guests arrive as
their own made up superhero with
costume and everything included.
The Unsolved Birthday Party
Mystery
Perhaps your son is into mysteries.
Then throw a birthday party with
a mystery theme. Each of the party
guests should be divided into
teams and play the part of a mystery
that needs to be solved. Allow
the birthday boy to act as the
investigator, you set up the clues,
and let ‘er rip.
A Western Birthday Party
It’s not unusual that a
lot of kids are still into the
old western themes. If your son
likes westerns then decorate the
party area as a western scene
such as a saloon. The party guests
can drink their punch from shot
glasses or root beer from beer
mugs. Let the Birthday boy act
aas the town sheriff while your
guests dress as westerners such
as outlaws, deputies, gold miners
and or even a straggling Indian
neighbor.
Me In The Future Birthday Party
Why not have your guests show
up at the party dressed as what
they want to be when they grow
up. Have them each tell everyone
what it is that they are going
to be and why they want to be
that when they get older.
The Endless Games Party
Like most birthday parties, they
generally consist of games for
the guests to play. But why not
keep them going with an endless
barrage of ongoing games. Have
several tables set up with board
games, have yard games such as
volleyball and more. Just let
them all choose whatever games
they want to play at their own
discretion without having to itinerate
everything in a schedule.
Army Birthday Party
This one is a great idea if you
have a family member who is the
army and would like to honor that.
Throw a birthday party where the
gusts all come dressed in battle
dress or class A or B dress uniforms.
At the party, the kids can make
up each other’s faces with
camouflage makeup. If these are
older kids then you can even take
them out for a game of paintball.
Younger kids can play a game of
flag tag (this is where two teams
try to be the first to get the
opponent tag from their home base
and get back to their own base.
Each child wears a small handkerchief
and when it is swiped by the enemy
then that person is out of the
game
