A child’s first birthday
party usually doesn’t involve
anybody outside of the family.
However, if you have any friends
whom have kids that regularly
play with your child then you
might want to schedule a birthday
play date with them along with
some nearby family members.
A child’s first birthday

a theme but if you wish to involve
one, then perhaps the theme could
be the number one itself. Another
idea is to choose one of the child’s
favorite toys to use as a theme.
Choose a location that is comfortable
and familiar to your child to
celebrate their birthday at. Some
of these places might include
your own home, a park or playground
or family members home where your
child may have spent a lot of
time.
One year olds are really not
up for all day parties so it’s
a good idea to keep it short.
Just a couple of hours should
fine. Most people find that morning
parties are best for one year
olds because this is usually when
they are at their best behavior.
